Wow, it’s true. I listed the Gilbert flip home at 12:00 on Wednesday and by 1:00 I had some buyer’s pulling up to the property. After I took them on a tour of the home and explained what all we had done to the property they were, needless to say, ‘highly interested’.
A few hours later their realtor stopped by to view the property and was impressed as well. She had actually seen it on the market before we bought it when it was a short-sale. She was quite shocked with the renovation of the home and called me to tell me that I should be expecting an offer.
I was thinking – sure, I’ve heard that a million times before, but she was serious and by 5 o’clock I had a full price offer on my desk (minus $4,000 for closing costs assistance)! I will go into more detail on this after I return from my vacation in Indiana.
