The thought crossed my mind that we could be long lost siblings. Rarely do I see listings presented so perfectly, especially lower end homes in the East Valley. But I completely agree that EVERY home deserves this kind of treatment and needs it in this current market. I haven't checked, but I would bet you've sold them both by now, even given the current market situation. I couldn't agree more with the importance of photography, editing and staging. If my buyer had been ready to look, your two listings would have topped my list.
