Here is my latest real estate investment in a flip home in the town of Queen Creek Arizona. This home is located in the community of San Tan Heights and features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a den and a loft. It is over 2,800 square feet.
This was my first time being in the property and I was overall very pleased with the condition of the home. It looks like I will have the following to do list:
- Paint touch-up
- Carpet cleaned
- Landscaped trimmed
- Thorough cleaning
The last task to do on this flip project will be to stage the home, which I estimate will net me an additional $5,000. I expect this project to be completed by Tuesday January 13, 2009.
