Ok, so if you’re considering remodeling (hopefully a kitchen or bathroom where you get the best ROI) or doing some improvements on your home it is always wise to get an opinion from a savvy real estate consultant. I have a client that called me the other day regarding renovating their master bathroom. I advised them on what budget they should target, what materials would look nice as well as the contact information for my contractor to complete the project. My guys are COST EFFECTIVE if you know what I mean!
It amazes me how many ‘what were they thinking’ projects I have seen before. Also, there are those people that way over improve their homes and will not get the return because of local comps. Lastly, just as a warning, if you paint your home in any primary color that you can find in the rainbow (ROY G BIV)… you can expect to repaint it when you sell. EXAMPLE BELOW
